Connections Case Management is a non-profit Support Services Brokerage. Since 2001, Connections (formerly Southern Oregon Regional Brokerage) has been supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Home and Community based settings in Coos, Curry, Douglas, and Klamath counties.
Our mission is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities and their families in the planning and providing of services, using the principles of self-determination, in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
