We are located in the heart of what is called America’s Wild Rivers Coast, 101 miles of Pacific coastline and old-growth forests. This coast includes ten watersheds, five national wild & scenic rivers, and some of the best remaining salmon habitat in the lower 48 states.
Our desire is to provide you with information about watershed projects and activities in southwest Oregon. A watershed is the area of land where all precipitation drains to a common water body, such as a river or lake. Watersheds are not made of water, but of land. Water runs downstream, so buttes and ranges often form the boundaries of watersheds. No matter where you stand, a watershed surrounds you!
Feel free to browse our website for information about our programs. Call, email or write us if you have questions, or want to become more involved with Curry Watersheds.
