The Brookings Harbor Scholarship Foundation (BHSF) provides scholarships and grants to graduates of Brookings-Harbor High School. Awards are based on demonstrated leadership and co-curricular activities, academics and need, and are funded by donations from individuals, businesses, service clubs and class alumni.
The BHSF was established in 1992 to help local students achieve their dreams of further higher education by providing financial assistance through the award of scholarships and grants to local graduating seniors and alumni. In 2015 we hit a major financial milestone and awarded over $205,000 in scholarship awards to 67 students in our County. With donor support, we can continue to grow and increase the level of financial support to area young people to help them realize their full potential and keep up with the ever escalating costs of higher education.
We could not fulfill our mission without the generous support of donors who support what we do by making annual, periodic, or sustaining gifts of any size, or who choose to include BHSF in personal estate plans, thereby leaving a lasting legacy to benefit future generations of students.
